All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or the return will be refused at our warehouse.
All of our products are guaranteed for 30 days. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of the purchase date. You must obtain an RMA before returning items. Click here to request an RMA online. You may contact email@example.com for an RMA or with any questions.
Once your claim has been authorized, you will receive an email with your Return Authorization Number and return shipping address. Make sure to print out the email and include a copy in your shipment. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Please return all products 100% complete including all original boxes and packaging materials. Please make sure to include ALL manuals, documentation and accessories included in the original shipment.
You are responsible for shipping charges for all products being returned. Please fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. We are not responsible for damaged shipments being returned to us. We request that you use a carrier that is able to provide a proof of delivery.
Please allow up to 20 days to process your return from the time it reaches our Warehouse. All credit requests will be completed within 14 days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 20 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
If you have received defective merchandise you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA. All products being returned as defective will be tested. If you choose to have the product replaced, a replacement will be sent out immediately and charged to your credit card or terms account. Returned consumables (ink and toner, etc.) found to be empty on return will not be credited. A credit will be issued for your return in the form of your original purchase.
Non-Defective Item Return
All unopened and unused product can be returned or exchanged within the 30-day return period. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all non-defective returns. Product will only be accepted if it is returned in good, original condition and protected by an outer shipping box. A credit will be issued for your return within 20 days of receiving it in our warehouse.
Interior Damage Only
If the exterior packaging is intact and only the interior product is damaged, contact email@example.com for an RMA. Damaged items will only be exchanged for the exact same product.
Exterior Damage by Carrier
If your package and product(s) is damaged in transit, you must contact the carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. You must comply with all the carrier's rules and procedures regarding damaged claims. Make sure you keep the original damaged box and packaging material for the carrier to inspect. Please keep a record of your claim date and the name of the person that you spoke with at the carrier's office. We can assist you in dealing with the carrier if needed. Let us know if you would like for us to send a replacement.
